- Develop and execute sales strategies for building materials, interior fittings, and sanitary ware products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and retailers
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide product recommendations
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical specifications
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales of building materials, interior design products, or sanitary ware
- Valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory for client visits)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and product applications
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
