In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients in the Bukit Mertajam area. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, insurance, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license is preferred for field visits.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
