Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Exceed monthly sales targets while representing JESS Technology's tech solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in tech sector preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
