Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard new merchants to the BukuWarung platform
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants
- Understand merchant needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide product training and support to merchants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure merchant success
- Report on sales activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales experience in the e-commerce or fintech industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Good understanding of digital payment systems and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
