Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Ambient Italia’s market reach.
- Identify and prospect new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Analyze market trends to provide insightful feedback for product and service improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry expertise to act as a consultant to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
