- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector for packaged gas solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Present and demonstrate our packaged gas solutions to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial gases or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for field-based activities
