Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Butterworth and the surrounding Penang region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections to reach a win-win outcome.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar business development role.
- Proficiency in English; the ability to speak Malay or Mandarin is a significant advantage for the local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits.
