Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients (retailers, distributors, salons) through strategic canvassing activities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Present product portfolios and tailor solutions to meet client needs and market demands
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting/exceeding monthly targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for key accounts
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on product performance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or wholesale distribution (beauty industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage territory
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Minimum S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
