- Generate and qualify new leads through proactive networking, digital marketing, and referrals
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to match clients with optimal vehicle leasing solutions
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key internal stakeholders (finance, operations)
- Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and pricing to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay current on automotive market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and post-sale support
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales strategies for West Region
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales with 2+ years in automotive/leasing industry preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex terms
- Strong negotiation abilities with experience in closing high-value contracts
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
