Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for carton box and packaging solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and presentations
- Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex commercial deals
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license with willingness for client visits
