Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sector in Cebu and surrounding areas.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and coffee tasting sessions for potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for sales strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment installation and product delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team via CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong passion for coffee and a basic understanding of coffee brewing or the specialty coffee market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong professional networks.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
