Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Modern On Trade channel.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate outlet trade agreements and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Implement effective brand activation and promotional campaigns to drive consumer engagement.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize brand visibility in key nightlife and hospitality venues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using CRM software to track performance.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle as the role involves frequent travel to client sites.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beverage industry and understanding of the On-Trade customer landscape.
