Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in chemical industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
