Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the chemical industry to increase market share.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide technical consultation and advice to clients regarding chemical product applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial chemical sales or trading.
- Deep understanding of chemical products, their applications, and industrial safety standards.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and visit industrial sites.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work from the South Jakarta office.
