Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop customer relationships in the Lubuk Linggau territory
- Take and process orders for chilled product categories
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery and product availability to retail partners
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends
- Collaborate with distribution teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of FMCG or retail sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of chilled product handling and logistics
- Ability to work independently and manage territory autonomously
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with Lubuk Linggau market advantageous
