Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Sumatera region
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Conduct effective negotiations to close sales agreements and contracts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling sales presentations
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Target-driven mindset with consistent achievement of sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
