Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our coffee bean and equipment market share in Penang.
- Conduct proactive prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities within the F&B and corporate sectors.
- Provide expert consultations on coffee equipment, assisting clients in selecting the right machines for their specific needs.
- Perform compelling product demonstrations to highlight the quality and efficiency of our coffee solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and provide feedback to management to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth installations and post-sales support for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or office equipment sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of the coffee industry or experience in coffee machine operations is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Hokkien or Mandarin is a plus for the Penang market.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
