Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for interior design and commercial spaces? Projects Unlimited is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality interior supply solutions and the booming commercial fit-out industry.
You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value B2B accounts. We are looking for a 'hunter' mindsetāsomeone who thrives on building relationships, negotiating complex deals, and delivering excellence in every client interaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including architectural firms, interior design studios, and commercial developers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the fit-out sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to showcase our commercial interior supply products.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market trends to management.
- Collaborate with internal design and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery for clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for commercial accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, furniture, or interior fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of the commercial interior supply market in Metro Manila.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a 'hunter' sales approach.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
