Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
- Present and demonstrate commercial vehicle features to prospective clients with confidence.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final vehicle handover.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and ensure all documentation is processed in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding our vehicle inventory and technical specifications.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license (GDL license is a plus).
- Well-organized with good time management skills and a professional appearance.
