Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Present composite material solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized product solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of composite materials or manufacturing processes
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with C-level experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate to customer benefits
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous
