Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales with construction industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's construction market dynamics
