Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and MICE clients for BE Hotels & Resorts across our properties.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize repeat business and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored presentations, and sales contracts to potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and new business development opportunities.
  • Represent BE Hotels & Resorts professionally at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
  • Accurately maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, client interactions, pipeline, and forecasts within the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven corporate sales or B2B sales experience, with a significant portion preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and advanced negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the local corporate market in Cebu and Central Visayas, including key industries and potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage a robust sales pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
