Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the local and regional cosmetic manufacturing industry.
- Manage and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B clients and key stakeholders.
- Promote and sell cosmetic chemical raw materials, providing technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive market share expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new product developments.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and presentations for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food ingredients sector.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical raw materials and their applications in cosmetic formulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, highly target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Japanese is a highly advantageous asset.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Raya and surrounding areas for client meetings.
