Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist walk-in showroom clients, offering expert guidance on product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and propose customized flooring solutions to achieve high close rates.
- Formulate and execute localized sales plans to meet and exceed monthly store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display in the showroom.
- Prepare precise price quotations, handle transactions, and coordinate delivery timelines with the logistics team.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders for repeat business.
- Gather local market intelligence and report on customer feedback and competitor trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Retail Sales Representative, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in home improvement, tiles, or construction materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with basic sales principles, retail operations, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work on-site at our branch in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro.
- High school diploma, vocational certificate, or college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
