Dapu Cell Indonesia is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring our high-quality products reach our target markets across Bengkulu and surrounding areas.

As a Sales Executive, you will manage day-to-day sales operations, nurture client relationships, and implement strategic sales plans to ensure company goals are met. We are looking for an individual who is not just chasing targets, but is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the growth of Dapu Cell Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain product visibility and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned area.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Execute promotional activities and product displays to boost sales performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Retail industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field consistently.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and highly disciplined.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and report writing.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
