- Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and provide tailored recommendations
- Promote and explain features/benefits of flooring products to drive conversions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics based on market trends
- Collaborate with team members to optimize in-store operations
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year sales or retail experience in consumer goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic knowledge of construction materials or home improvement products
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Resident of Davao City with local market awareness
