In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our dealer network in Penang and the surrounding region. You will work closely with dealers to ensure they have the support, training, and resources needed to succeed. Your efforts will directly contribute to our market expansion and revenue growth. You will act as the primary liaison between Carro and our dealer partners, driving sales performance and ensuring alignment with our brand values.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and providing ongoing training to dealers on our products and systems. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and product development will be crucial to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Identify and onboard new dealerships to expand our network in Penang and nearby areas.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to dealers on product offerings, sales techniques, and systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory, pricing, and logistics for dealers.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, B2B, or dealer management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and local languages.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Penang and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
