Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the dental industry, including clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories.
- Present and demonstrate Mr. Bur’s premium range of dental burs and related products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively while maximizing profitability.
- Provide product training and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and product understanding.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical, dental supplies, or B2B sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region to visit clients.
- Knowledge of dental terminology or previous experience in the dental field is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
