In this role, you will be at the forefront of dental innovation, building strong relationships with dental practitioners and clinics to provide them with the advanced tools they need to enhance patient care.

You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive portfolio of products, including industry-leading dental implants, ergonomic dental chairs, and cutting-edge imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will combine technical curiosity with a consultative sales approach to drive growth and expand our market presence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for dental surgeons, clinicians, and clinic owners.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry.
  • Provide technical consultation and support regarding dental implants and equipment functionality.
  • Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to provide insights for business optimization.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Science, or a related field; medical/dental background is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or dental industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade clinical professionals.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to interpret technical product specifications and translate them into clinical benefits.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for client relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Singapore to visit dental clinics and surgical centers.
