Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share across the East Coast region.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential and current customers.
- Analyze sales metrics and report on regional performance to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the East Coast market and existing professional networks are highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the East Coast region to meet with clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
