BukuWarung, Indonesia's leading fintech platform for MSMEs, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition for our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions in Tanjung Pinang. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person merchant canvassing and acquisition for EDC payment terminals in Tanjung Pinang
- Present BukuWarung's EDC solutions to potential merchants, emphasizing cost savings and operational efficiency
- Complete merchant onboarding documentation and technical setup processes
- Provide hands-on training to merchants on EDC machine usage and transaction processing
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant technical issues and service requests
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to regional management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, retail, or payment solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build merchant relationships
- Familiarity with Tanjung Pinang's commercial landscape and local business ecosystem
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales quotas
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn fintech applications
