Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their career goals and course requirements.
  • Provide detailed information about our courses, including funding options, schedules, and career outcomes.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to match students with the right programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and KPIs.
  • Attend education fairs, campus events, and webinars to promote our programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and SkillFuture initiatives to provide expert guidance.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (bilingual in Chinese/Malay/Tamil is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Passion for education and helping others succeed.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
