Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and educational institutions
- Present customized educational travel programs and itineraries to prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client relationship data in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Education (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in travel, education, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Creative problem-solving ability and client-focused mindset
