Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical distribution and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding electrical solution specifications and applications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in industrial sales, preferably in electrical components or distribution.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret electrical diagrams and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
