Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for electrical products across Jakarta
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key clients and distributors
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and product presentations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Generate detailed sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in electrical products industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
