Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new MSME clients across Bogor and surrounding regions
- Conduct needs assessments to understand business challenges and recommend tailored tech solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive solution demonstrations
- Prepare and present compelling proposals aligned with client objectives
- Track sales metrics and continuously optimize sales methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record in selling technology solutions or SaaS products
- Deep understanding of Indonesian MSME landscape and pain points
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
