Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial diesel and lubricants sectors.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system and handle general administrative duties.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build brand awareness and relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the oil, energy, or industrial machinery sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial diesel engines, lubricants, or related energy products is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license is required for client visits.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
