As a Sales Executive/Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from lead identification and technical consultation to site visits and contract negotiation. You will act as a consultant to our clients, ensuring that the solutions we provide meet their specific operational needs while driving business growth for our company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and technical presentation to closing deals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client requirements and provide accurate technical consultations.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning.
- Resolve client inquiries or technical issues promptly to ensure high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, engineering, or a business development role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated professional with a strong desire to excel in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or project specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
