- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the engineering sector
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve monthly targets
- Collaborate with technical team to provide customized client solutions
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in engineering/technical products
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness for field visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
