Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the offshore and marine industry sectors.
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, recommending optimal engineering solutions tailored to their project specifications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and cold calling to contract closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct site visits and offshore assessments to ensure technical alignment with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and project managers.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet safety and quality standards.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the marine sector.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the marine, offshore, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of marine systems, offshore equipment, or vessel maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage for site visits.
