Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective retail partners and distributors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by regional management.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals in English and Indonesian.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new product and growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory to interact with regional stakeholders and global clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a highly customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with the Banten and Jabodetabek consumer markets is highly advantageous.
