We offer a competitive base salary, but the real potential lies in our highly attractive, uncapped commission structure, where top performers regularly earn RM 2,000++ in commission per deal.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the SME and enterprise sectors.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations of our ERP software.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing and post-sales coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Analyze customer business requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that drive efficiency.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the software, SaaS, or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems or business process automation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and/or local languages.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
