As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business growth. You will identify new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and showcase the value of our digital transformation tools. We offer a competitive base salary, but the real potential lies in our highly attractive, uncapped commission structure, where top performers regularly earn RM 2,000++ in commission per deal.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the SME and enterprise sectors.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations of our ERP software.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing and post-sales coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Analyze customer business requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that drive efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the software, SaaS, or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems or business process automation is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and/or local languages.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
