Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events and lifestyle sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote and sell event packages and recreational services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in events or lifestyle industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
