Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for contact lenses and eye care products in the Melaka region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with optometrists, optical shops, and healthcare providers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for key accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship data
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or optical industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel throughout Melaka
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets
