- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing F&B clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food service and retail sectors
- Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Manage customer accounts through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with commercial clients
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within food/beverage or frozen food industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
