Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B, restaurant, and hotel sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting B2B client relationships through regular consultations.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation.
- Provide expert advice on equipment suitability based on client operational needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to meet individual and company targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient individual capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites within the West Region and beyond.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
