Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Jakarta's F&B sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key accounts
- Collaborate with F&B operations team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed activity reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in F&B or hospitality sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Jakarta's corporate and event market
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
