- Promote and sell F&B training programs, food hygiene certifications, and security courses to corporate clients and individuals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs assessment
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting course benefits and ROI
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with training team to ensure accurate course information delivery
- Generate detailed sales reports and maintain client relationship database
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in education, training, or related industry
- Strong understanding of F&B operations or security protocols (certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with consultative selling approach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
