We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at GWS Local Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will support the Business Development Manager in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the rapidly growing Facilities Management (FM) sector. The Facilities Management industry is a cornerstone of Singapore's economy, and we are looking for a proactive individual to help us expand our footprint and deliver excellence to our clients. You will be responsible for engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their facility management needs, and presenting our comprehensive solutions that drive operational efficiency and sustainability. This is a full-time position that offers significant room for career growth and professional development within a leading industry player. Your success will contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth and market positioning.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads within the Facilities Management and Real Estate sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and tenders to prospective clients to secure new contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in proposals.
  • Track sales activities, manage the CRM database, and report progress on sales targets and pipeline performance.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote the company brand and expand the professional network.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the FM or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Singaporean market and facility management standards is highly desirable.
