Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers who require cash loans with motor BPKB collateral in Tanjung Jabung Barat area
- Present and explain FIFGROUP's financial products and services to customers
- Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of financial products and BPKB collateral loans
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with Tanjung Jabung Barat area is a plus
- Valid driver's license is preferred
